because our products are food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

damaged or incorrect orders

if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

please email us within 48 hours of delivery at nocibars@gmail.com with:

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • photos of the product and packaging

we will review your request and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.

shipping issues

once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues. if your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

that said, if something seems off, reach out and we will do our best to help.

order changes & cancellations

because we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed.
