everything on the shelf was packed with sugar, seed oils, and artificial flavors. snacks that spiked your energy, then left you crashing. we wanted something different.

so we made it ourselves.

noci is a woman-owned snack brand based in san diego, created with the belief that food should be simple, satisfying, and real.
we make savory granola bars crafted from whole nuts, seeds, herbs, and spices. no seed oils. no added sugar. just clean, balanced fuel with bold, natural flavor.
our first two flavors are herb crunch and chili lime, with many more to come!
